The Commandos all seem to have different outfits, don't they? Presumably it's supposed to visually signal how they're a multinational outfit. I have... no idea how that works in terms of POW status or, in fact, how it works at all, or if there's any way to fanwank Bucky's comics-inspired outfit in to some kind of actual uniform. (Also the question as to whether he'd have POW status under international law is a different one from whether he'd be considered a POW by his military, right?)
